Today has been just... an all around OFF day for me. Went to bed super late, but had planned on trying to get up at a decent time today. So, we set the alarms for 11am. Would have given me a few hours of sleep which would have kept me running all day. I set the alarm to sound on CD... only, it seems that this function suddenly isn't working anymore. And so, we woke up at almost 4PM!!! I checked the alarm clock, the alarms were both still on, so I didn't turn them off while half asleep, and then I thought perhaps the volume was too low, but no matter how high I crank it, there's no sound while the CD is playing. So... it's back to annoying alarm sound since I can't get a decent radio station to tune in to save my soul. We've so close to the middle between Milwaukee and Chicago that stations from either city are all crackly and impossible to get on this thing out here.

On another note, I HAVE been working on a couple projects today... one being a new image, and the other being the second part of Jas's story that I posted a while back. It's been hard fine tuning this part of the story since it's... well... SAD... But, as of late my depression's been kinda bad and so that makes it a little easier to write this. And what's more, working on this has taken my mind OFF my depression... so, it's a good thing really.

I probably won't be around much tomorrow, especially during the day. It's T-day after all, and while I normally don't help much with the dinner (it's really my mom and step-father's thing) my mom's back is bothering her this year so I might end up getting some light kitchen duty... like cutting things and mixing things and such. Just so long as she doesn't try having me make pie crust again - cause the last time she did was just BAD (I do NOT make good pie crust).
