Jitka Lord

Jitka is the adopted daughter of the Lord family - Vasser Lord being the adviser to the Russian draconic king. She was raised among royalty and nobility, but that is not what makes her special. Jitka is, like her adopted family, a Trueborn Dragon (the oldest of the dragon clans) but even among her kind she is rare, a wild born dragon - that is, born without parents. The purebred Trueborns (those without an elven or human blood in their lineage) are hatched from eggs, as Jitka and her brother Vasska were. Her family were unsure if they were true wild born or if they'd been trapped in dormant eggs for a very long time.  What they did know was that their DNA didn't match any family on record.

It has recently been discovered that the eggs were moved for their own protection, causing them to go dormant. A second move centuries later, landed them in an area of wild magic that caused the eggs to awaken. They hatched 4 years after the Lords found them; literally days after Annabelle Lord first laid hands on the eggs.

Jitka is now 25 years old and trying to learn the ways of the world, while at the same time trying to be careful knowing there are hunters that would happily kill or capture her. 

It should be noted - Trueborn wings are covered in scales that look like feathers.
